Thank you for your interest in the Lake County SHIP Demolition/Replacement Program Waitlist.  The waitlist will be open from May 12, 2025, through May 23, 2025. No applications will be taken after the waitlist period has closed. 

Applicants must meet the following criteria:

· Must be at least 18 years old

· Must be a Lake County resident

· Must have owned your home (with homestead exemption) for the past three years

· Must not have a mortgage and/or liens.

· Must meet FY25-26 SHIP Income Limits
